What kind of materials are the most durable and a shutter?

Poly resin and solid surface resin are the most durable, they will not
fade crack or warp in the Florida sun. Would can war and most paint
services will fade. PVC is the weakest; it will yellow, crack and fade in
the Florida sunlight.

What types of shades Canby put on our screened in lanai?

Solar screen shades, which are made out of a vinyl coated fiberglass
screening, are very durable for outdoor locations, they block the sun’s
heat and raise and are waterproof.

can range between $150 and $100. Silhouettes and plantation shutters are
at the top of the range, they typically will range between $250 and $350.

What is the benefit of purchasing from a retailer who has a show room in
our area?

It’s always a good idea to purchase from a retailer who has a show room,
there you’ll have a place to go to see samples and displays during
normal business hours. There are companies today who simply operate from a
cell phone, that may be a reason to believe that that would keep their
prices low, but typically retail stores have a much higher volume providing
low prices and much better service.
