Our process begins when a member of our team arrives at your home or place of business to go over your window treatment options. Your privacy, stylistic, and budgetary preferences should all be deciding factors in helping you determine the best window treatment type for you to use. After you have made your selection, our decorators will order your product and one of our certified installers will travel to your home and install free of charge. All of our installers are certified and trained by the brands that we sell, assuring that the product’s warranty will remain valid.
Not sure which color will look best in your home?
That’s why your decorating consultant will bring hundreds of sample materials for you to look at and choose from during your free in-home consultation. You can weigh your options and see what colors match best with your home’s interior. Maybe you’ll try pairing greens with lighter wooden furniture or red with brick or darker stained furniture pieces.
We’ll also measure your windows so we have all the dimensions we need to fit you with your chosen window treatment whether you’d like blinds, verticals, shutters, or drapes.
On the day that your order arrives in our facility, we’ll call you to schedule your window treatment installation and send one of our certified installation professionals to your home with all of the tools and materials required for a timely job completion.
